Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Storekeeper with a strong background in maintenance support

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, tools, and equipment while coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and servicing of machinery and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials, tools, parts, and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated in the inventory management system. Issue materials and tools to maintenance personnel based on job requirements. Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels; initiate purchase requests as needed. Keep the storeroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Track usage of maintenance-related items and assist in budgeting and procurement planning. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for maintenance supplies. Assist in basic maintenance tasks such as equipment cleaning, lubrication, and tool preparation. Support the maintenance team by ensuring timely availability of spare parts and consumables. Prepare and submit periodic inventory and maintenance-related reports to supervisors.

Requirements:

Must be a College Degree holder

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a storekeeping role, preferably in a maintenance or industrial environment.

Solid knowledge of inventory systems and basic maintenance tools and equipment. Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Good organizational and communication skills. Physically fit and able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
