Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming spare parts and materials.
Issue parts for buses, vehicles, and heavy machinery as per requisition or job order.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records using manual or digital systems (ERP preferred).
Organize parts and tools in a structured and accessible manner.
Ensure the cleanliness, security, and organization of the store.
Coordinate with maintenance and workshop teams for timely parts availability.
Track stock levels and notify the procurement team for replenishment.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.
Manage warranty returns and defective part claims with vendors/suppliers.
Follow company safety and operational procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Storekeeper in an automotive or machinery-related industry.
Strong knowledge of vehicle, bus, and heavy equipment spare parts.
Familiar with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email).
Physically fit and capable of handling store-related activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Automotive Technology.
Experience in UAE or Gulf region preferred.
