We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in
joinery and fit-out projects
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing inventory
,
sourcing materials
, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of supplies and services to support project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the storage and issuance of materials related to joinery and fit-out works (wood, panels, tools, fittings, etc.)
Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality
Maintain accurate inventory records using logs or inventory software
Track material usage and report low stock levels
Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services
Coordinate with project teams to understand material requirements
Ensure proper storage practices for safety and efficiency
Maintain store cleanliness and order
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a storekeeper in joinery and fit-out projects
Good knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, and tools
Strong negotiation and procurement skills
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)
Good communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effective
Preferred:
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
