highly disciplined, numbers-driven Storekeeper
with strong experience inFood & Beverage operations
who understandscost of sales, daily issuance control, and production costing
. This role is critical to maintaining profitability, hygiene standards, and smooth kitchen operations.Key Responsibilities
Manage
daily receiving, issuing, and stock movement
with 100% accuracy Control and monitorCost of Sales (COS)
and support daily cost targets Preparedaily production cost reports
(issuance vs. planned consumption) Trackingredient-wise cost per meal
and highlight variances immediately MaintainFIFO / FEFO
and proper batch control Coordinate closely with chefs, production team, and procurement Maintain strong relationships withlocal food suppliers in Doha
Ensurehygiene, food safety, and storage standards
are strictly followed Conductdaily and monthly stock counts
with reconciliation Flag wastage, over-issuance, and cost leakages proactively Support menu costing and new recipe cost calculations Maintain clean, well-organized stores aligned with HACCP standardsCost Control & Reporting
Estimate
daily production cost
based on planned menus Trackactual vs. standard cost
and report deviations Maintain accurateExcel-based stock and costing sheets
Support management withdaily, weekly, and monthly cost summaries
Ensure store operations supportprofitability and scalability
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
3-5 years experience
as a Storekeeper inF&B / Catering / Meal Prep / Central Kitchen
Strong understanding offood costing, COS, and inventory control
Excellentnumerical, arithmetic, and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills
(formulas, stock tracking, costing sheets) Deep knowledge offood ingredients, suppliers, and sourcing in Doha
Experience working inhigh-volume production kitchens
Strong understanding offood safety, hygiene, and storage standards
Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented Ability to work under pressure and meet daily reporting deadlinesPreferred Background
Experience in
health food, diet kitchens, hospitals, or large catering operations
Exposure tostandard recipe costing and portion control
Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is an advantageJob Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
