Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized

Storekeeper

with experience in the

Food & Beverage (F&B)

industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring proper storage of food items according to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Receive, inspect, and store food and beverage supplies Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels Issue items as per requisitions and follow FIFO procedures Ensure proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness of the store Monitor expiry dates and minimize wastage Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen/F&B departments Prepare stock reports and assist with stock audits Coordinate with Purchasing, Kitchen, and F&B departments regarding stock requirements Good communication and coordination skills Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming food, beverage, and related supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Storekeeper in the F&B industry Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Basic computer skills (inventory systems, Excel is a plus) Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
