STOREKEEPER CUM ACCOUNTS
Record daily sales, purchases, and expenses.
Make sure all financial data is accurate and up to date.
Pay bills to suppliers and vendors on time.
Keep track of any money the restaurant is owed.
Calculate and pay staff salaries
Receive deliveries and check if the quantity and quality match the order.
Report any damaged or missing items.
Organize and Store Items
Arrange items in the store or stockroom neatly.
Label items and place them in the correct storage location.
Maintain accurate records of stock received and issued.
Use stock register, inventory sheets, or software to track inventory.
Issue Stock to Departments
Provide ingredients, supplies, or materials to the kitchen and other departments.
Ensure stock is issued as per request and properly recorded.
Monitor Stock Levels
Check stock levels regularly.
Inform management when stock is low or needs to be reordered.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) method to use old stock first.
Ensure proper storage to prevent spoilage, theft, or damage.
Assist with Inventory Counts
Maintain Cleanliness and Safety
Can speak English and Arabic
