Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records using the company ERP system
Issue materials to project sites as per approved requests
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of all materials
Prepare inventory reports, stock reconciliation, and audits
Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project managers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Keeper in the
contracting or construction field
Strong working knowledge of
ERP systems
(inventory and materials management)
Good understanding of construction materials, tools, and equipment
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reports, data entry)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience handling multiple project inventories
Knowledge of storekeeping best practices and safety standards
