Mirdif City Centre
! We are looking for a dedicated and experiencedStore Supervisor
to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure company standards are met Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries or escalations Ensure high visual merchandising and store presentation standards Manage inventory, stock levels, and store reporting Train new staff and support team development
Requirements:
Arabic-speaking candidate
Must have experience working in retail within a mall environment, specifically in fashion retail
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in retail is essential Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Flexibility to work weekends and mall operating hoursJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1.00 per month
