About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and hands-on
Store Supervisor
to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our kids' play area at Al Zahia City Centre. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, customer service, and operational skills, with a passion for working in a dynamic and fun-filled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Team Management
Supervise the daily operations of the play area.
Lead and support a team of attendants, cashiers, and caretakers.
Conduct staff briefings and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor performance, coach team members, and assist in recruitment and training.
Manage staff schedules, coverage, and resolve minor conflicts.
Customer Experience & Google Review Management
Maintain a friendly and professional environment for guests.
Address customer concerns and escalations promptly.
Encourage customers to leave Google reviews and help maintain a 4.8+ rating.
Gather feedback to enhance service and overall experience.
Sales & Revenue Goals
Drive sales and help the branch meet a
monthly revenue target.
Support the team in upselling packages, promoting events, and hitting daily targets.
Coordinate with reception and event teams to maximize conversions.
Birthday Parties & Promotions
Ensure smooth execution of birthday parties and support the party team.
Maintain standard setup and flow of party activities.
Actively promote Like Bricks' party packages to clients.
Facility & Safety Management
Conduct routine checks to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Oversee equipment maintenance and stock levels (socks, stationery, etc.).
Report repairs and enforce safety policies.
Assist in emergencies and first-aid situations if needed.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and staff attendance records.
Monitor cash handling and report discrepancies.
Support the Operations Manager in resolving issues and improving standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or similar leadership role.
Strong organizational and people management skills.
Background in customer service, retail, entertainment, or hospitality.
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and lead by example.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
