Working as aStore Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a sales team towards achieving thesalestarget while delivering exceptional Guest Experience and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM,CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.You will nurture talent within team through on the job coaching and stretch assignment in coordination withthe People PartnerDrive eNPS through people experience initiatives and cultureOversee store's day to day operations related to VM, Retail Store SOPs adherence, and sales team scheduleOffer support to store staff during in-store eventsAct as the key point of contact with back-office teamEnsure click and collect are conducted within SLAsEnsure customer data is properly captured by the team in adherence to marketing team requirementsPromote loyalty program (MUSE) and ensure team knowledge about app offerings etc..Increase the revenue target of the storeDrive sell-throughs within the storeSupport in-store CXinitiativesProvide input to whats working well, whats not working well within the storeWhat you'll need to succeed4 years experience managing a large team in the beauty industryStrong commercial acumenStrong team maanagement skillsAbility to collaborate with multiple brand managements and teamsWhat we can offer youWith us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
