Position Title: Store Receiver

Employment Type: Full Time.

Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications.

Experience: 3 years.

Job Role: -

1. Mainly responsible to maintain the Receiving Stores to a standard level with responsibility and accountability.

2. To ensure control and monitor the movements and transactions of all PO items and to facilitate the recording of transactions daily.

3. Support store on the daily Operational requirements. Also monitoring the Item Temp, near to expiry product & updating vendor performance while receiving as per supplier Invoices.

4. Knowledge in food Safety and standard.

Description

Responsible for all received goods based on the LPO and ensures that the items delivered are correct in terms of price, quantity, expiry date, temperature recording and quality in coordination with the concerned specialist. Ensure all items are arranged in FIFO system and category wise to take month end Inventory. Invoices to be interface separately with the invoices received and posted Responsible for the Supplier Invoices posted items are accurate and after reviewing along with the original invoice the same to be forwarded to the Cost Control Department for their review. Participating in the monthly inventory conducted by the F&B Cost Control team Responsible to have a close coordination with Procurement Dept. & Cost Control Dept. for any receiving concerns with the suppliers. Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels. In charge of checking unsatisfactory items for returns. Per level maintain as per the operation Requirement.

Positive attitude. Basic Food Hygiene MS Office Applications. Great time management skills. Good Communication skills both at speaking and writing
