About the Role:
Dia Flower is seeking a
strong and self-driven Store Operations Manager
to oversee and lead our four retail branches. This role demands a results-focused leader with a
firm yet empowering approach
, who ensures smooth day-to-day operations, enforces company policies, and drives both team performance and sales growth.
You will be responsible for managing
florists, sales staff, and cashiers
, ensuring they work as one aligned and productive team. You'll also conduct regular training, take full ownership of operational success, and work closely with marketing to boost physical store sales.
We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do -- but makes things happen.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Daily Operations
of all four Dia Flower branches with full accountability for performance, service quality, and store standards.
Manage and Supervise All Staff
including florists, sales associates, and cashiers -- ensuring smooth coordination, professionalism, and discipline.
Enforce Company Policies and Procedures
across all branches, holding team members accountable and upholding high standards.
Conduct Ongoing Staff Training
in customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques, and store procedures.
Lead and Motivate Teams
to meet individual and store-wide sales targets, while maintaining team morale and professionalism.
Drive In-Store Sales
by strategizing promotions, upselling techniques, and in-store experiences that boost customer engagement.
Collaborate Closely with the Marketing Team
to align retail goals with promotional campaigns and brand visibility.
Monitor Inventory and Cash Handling
, ensuring accurate daily reconciliations and loss prevention.
Visit Branches Regularly
for audits, performance reviews, and to address operational challenges on the ground.
Own the Role Fully
-- take initiative, resolve problems, and make decisions independently without daily oversight from the CEO.
Prepare and Present Reports
on operational efficiency, staff performance, and sales trends.
Who You Are:
A confident leader with
proven experience in multi-branch retail or store management
Skilled in handling
diverse teams
, including florists, salespeople, and cashiers
Strong in
training, supervising, and staff development
Highly proactive, firm on standards, and
committed to making things happen
Organized, analytical, and sales-focused with a strong sense of accountability
Must have a valid UAE driver's license and your own car
(required for branch visits)
Excellent in English communication
