Job Description

A leading organization in the FMCG sector is seeking an experienced Store Officer with a strong personality and hands-on approach to manage store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Oversee receiving, storage, and issuing of materials

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems

Handle perishable products with strict FIFO/FEFO compliance

Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and batch control

Prepare GRNs, stock reports, and support stock audits

Coordinate effectively with operations, procurement, and warehouse teams

Ensure discipline, accountability, and adherence to store procedures

Requirements

:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a Store Officer or similar role

Mandatory FMCG background

Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems

Proven knowledge of perishable goods handling

Strong personality with the ability to take ownership and drive compliance

Good communication and organizational skills

Candidates must be locally available in Qatar
