Position Overview
The Store Manager - Lifestyle Retail Operations plays a critical role in driving commercial performance, team leadership, and operational excellence across Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle stores in Dubai. This role supports and deputizes for the Store Manager, ensuring consistent delivery of sales targets, brand standards, and exceptional customer experience while maintaining full compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Lead store teams in delivering exceptional customer service standards aligned with Majid Al Futtaim and brand CX guidelines.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by monitoring KPIs and proactively identifying opportunities for business improvement.
Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints professionally and escalating complex issues to the Store Manager when required.
Support and implement sales promotions, brand activations, and commercial initiatives to maximize revenue and conversion.
Oversee smooth day-to-day store operations and fully manage store activities in the absence of the Store Manager.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and operational risk.
Coordinate with Excellence and Compliance teams to plan and execute stock counts in line with company standards.
Support team development, engagement, and performance to build a motivated, high-performing retail workforce.
Ideal Profile
High School Certificate or Diploma; qualification in a retail-related field is an added advantage.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs, customer experience standards, and store operations.
Excellent to fluent English communication skills.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and guide store teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
