Job Description
Retail manager with Hardware Experience. We are hiring an Arabic Speaking Retail Manager for our showrooms in Abu Dhabi. Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement the overall retail strategy
- Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel
- Supervising and guiding staff -towards maximum performance
- Preparing and controlling the store\xe2\x80\x99s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing store strategy
- Develop relationships with customers and develop the sales .
- Use the appropriate software to keep track of inventory losses and/or shrinkage
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
- Plan and oversee in-store
- Determine the need for sales improvements in the store
- Suggest new operational strategies to improve store\'s performance and productivity
- Work with analyst to review profit and loss figures (P&L)
- 5+ years of experience as a Retail Manager in Hardware Company
- Reliability and dependability are key traits
- Strong work ethic and a desire to improve and succeed
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail and management
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing
- Excellent leadership skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company\xe2\x80\x99s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
