Apparel Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive financial performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the fashion retail industry to meet sales targets, maintain brand standards, and build high-performing teams.

Job Details

• Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain shrinkage below 0.2% of cost of sale through effective loss prevention measures
• Conduct regular stock and financial audits and communicate results through store dashboards
• Ensure store operations run smoothly, including opening, closing, and replenishment processes
• Oversee visual merchandising (VM) standards to align with brand guidelines
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff while maintaining employee performance and leave records
• Manage customer relations, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns to deliver excellent service
• Collaborate with mall management and backend office teams for smooth operations
• Drive customer loyalty programs, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and DSES goals
• Monitor and manage store expenses, budgets, and profitability
• Conduct team meetings, provide feedback, and implement action plans to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and security protocols
• Identify training needs and deliver ongoing product knowledge and skills development sessions

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail with at least 2 years in store management
• Strong leadership and team development skills with proven ability to achieve sales KPIs
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in financial management, budget control, and performance analysis
