Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor financial performance, maintain cost control, and ensure store shrinkage remains below 0.2% of sales
• Conduct regular financial and stock audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Manage daily operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and security procedures
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and ensure timely replenishment of merchandise
• Oversee employee records, leave management, and performance tracking
• Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to build a high-performing, customer-focused team
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to senior management
• Maintain positive relationships with mall management and office support teams
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular team meetings, set sales targets, and communicate brand goals and updates
• Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols for staff and customers
• Implement learning and development initiatives to enhance staff knowledge and create a pipeline of future store leaders

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a store management role
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and operational KPIs
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Excellent understanding of visual merchandising, customer service, and inventory management
• Proficient in retail software, MS Office, and reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven retail environment
