Job Details:
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing, and training staff, maintaining inventory, achieving monthly sales targets, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The role also involves maintaining effective communication channels with customers, staff, and management.
1 Qualifications

• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills

• Presentable with excellent communication abilities

• Prior experience in store management

• Knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

2 Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Proven experience in store management

• Open to all nationalities; preference for female candidates

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager

• Over 2+ years of experience in sales/retail with well-known brands

• Passion for electronics and technology is preferred

• Excellent spoken and written English
