Organize and store MEP materials, ensuring accessibility and good condition. Maintain accurate inventory records of stock levels, incoming, and outgoing materials. Receive, inspect, and verify materials delivered to the warehouse. Monitor stock levels and inform the team when reordering is necessary. Issue materials to construction teams based on requirements. Ensure safe storage of materials and adherence to safety procedures. Maintain records of materials, deliveries, and usage for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in storekeeping, particularly with MEP materials. Familiarity with MEP products and basic inventory management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for coordination with different teams. Physical capability to handle and organize materials, including lifting heavy items when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
