Responsible for managing mechanical spare parts inventory for tobacco processing machinery. Ensures proper storage, accurate stock records, and timely issuance to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store mechanical parts.
Issue parts to maintenance teams as per requisitions.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/SAP systems.
Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed.
Coordinate with maintenance and procurement teams.
Ensure compliance with safety and storage standards.
Qualifications:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering.
3-5 years experience in spare parts storekeeping (preferably in tobacco/FMCG).
Knowledge of tobacco machinery (Hauni, GD, ) is a plus.
