Responsibilities: Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received. Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential files. Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping. Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records , and withdrawals from the inventory register. Updating all inventory of received tools and materials in the CAFM software and issue the materials whenever required for the activity. Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control. Transporting technicians and cleaners from the accommodation to the sites and vice versa. Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels. Ensure accuracy of the facility\xe2\x80\x99s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns. Purchasing the materials from the local supplier based on the requirement from the site team and deliver the materials to the corresponding sites. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping. Should have valid UAE driving License. Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management Excellent computer skills.
