We are looking for a
responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper/Accountant
to join our equestrian center in Dubai. The role requires managing supplies, tracking inventory, and handling financial records to support the smooth running of the stables and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and record inventory of feed, bedding, tack, uniforms, stable equipment, and supplies.
Manage purchase orders, supplier coordination, and stock requests.
Maintain accurate daily records of stock movement and reconciliations.
Handle financial documentation including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
Assist in budget tracking, monthly reports, and audit preparation.
Ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely reporting of both accounts and inventory.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Storekeeper or Accountant (experience in equestrian centers, farms, or related fields is a plus).
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory management systems.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Based in Dubai, with immediate availability preferred.
