to manage material storage, inventory control, and site logistics operations for our facade and construction projects across the UAE.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore & Inventory Management
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials as per delivery notes and LPOs.
Maintain accurate stock records for facade materials (aluminum profiles, glass, fittings, accessories, consumables, etc.).
Issue materials to site based on approved Material Request Notes (MRN).
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system/Excel records.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials in the warehouse/store.
Report damaged, excess, or slow-moving materials to management.
Logistics & Site Coordination
Coordinate material dispatches to project sites as per site requirements and schedules.
Arrange transportation and follow up with drivers and transport suppliers.
Track deliveries and ensure timely material availability at sites.
Maintain records of gate passes, delivery challans, and return notes.
Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and accounts departments.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain LPO copies, delivery notes, GRNs, and material issue records.
Prepare daily and monthly stock and logistics reports.
Support audits and management reviews.
Ensure documentation compliance with company and UAE standards.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years experience
as Store Keeper / Logistics Coordinator in
construction or facade industry
in UAE.
Knowledge of facade materials and construction inventory is
mandatory
.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory sheets, email).
Ability to coordinate with multiple sites and vendors.
Physically fit and able to manage warehouse activities.
Knowledge of UAE safety practices and material handling.
Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP or inventory software (added advantage).
UAE driving license (added advantage).
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus).
