Store Keeper (Aviation)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory and warehouse operations within our aviation facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking aviation parts, tools, and equipment while maintaining strict compliance with aviation safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming aviation materials, parts, and supplies against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Properly store items in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring optimal organization and accessibility
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory management systems
• Issue parts and materials to authorized personnel with proper documentation and approvals
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits
• Ensure proper storage conditions for sensitive aviation components (temperature-controlled areas, ESD-protected zones, etc.)
• Monitor shelf life of time-sensitive aviation materials and implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) system
• Prepare and process documentation for inbound and outbound shipments
• Coordinate with procurement team regarding stock levels, reordering points, and obsolete inventory
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with aviation regulations
• Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly
• Implement and adhere to all aviation safety protocols and quality management systems

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in warehouse management or logistics preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a store keeper, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or related industry
• Knowledge of aviation parts numbering systems (e.g., CAGE codes, part numbers)
• Familiarity with aviation safety standards and regulations (GCAA, EASA, or FAA knowledge a plus)
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg) and work in warehouse environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
