Job Summary:
The Store Keeper and Inventory Controller will be responsible for managing inventory, warehousing, dispatch planning, and container loading. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive coordination with logistics teams, and the ability to ensure high standards in inventory accuracy and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records using
Tally
and
MS Excel
.
Perform daily and monthly stock counts and resolve discrepancies within two days.
Ensure optimal inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
2. Store Keeping
Securely store goods following safety and company protocols.
Organize and layout store efficiently for easy access and maximum space utilization.
Monitor access to inventory areas to prevent loss or damage.
3. Logistics Coordination
Plan and execute inbound/outbound logistics activities.
Ensure 95%+ OTIFEF (On Time, In Full, Error Free) performance and delivery within 24 hours.
Handle all shipping, receiving, and customs documentation accurately.
4. Dispatch Planning
Develop dispatch schedules to meet all customer delivery deadlines.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of dispatches.
Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays.
5. Container Loading
Plan and supervise container loading to maximize space and minimize damage.
Ensure all loading activities comply with safety and company regulations.
Maintain detailed loading records (weight, volume, and contents).

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in

3-5 years of relevant experience in inventory control, store management, and dispatch.
