We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Incharge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our store operations, including inventory management and procurement related to the technical aspects of our Business.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order processing.
Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and negotiate favorable terms for procurement.
Utilize technical knowledge to understand the specifications and requirements of Mobility related products.
Train and supervise store staff to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and engineering, to support project requirements and deadlines.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Qualification - Diploma, or related field.
Proven experience as a Store Incharge or similar role.
Proficiency in IT systems and software relevant to store operations (e.g., inventory management software, ERP systems).
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
