Job Description

:
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies against delivery notes and purchase orders.
Organize and store materials systematically for easy identification and access.
Issue materials to production or site teams based on approved requisitions and maintain accurate records.
Maintain stock levels and initiate reorder requests to avoid shortages or delays in project execution.
Update inventory records in the system and generate daily, weekly, or monthly stock reports.
Monitor the movement of materials in and out of the store and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Coordinate with procurement, site, and project teams for material requirements and delivery timelines.
Identify and report damaged or non-compliant materials to the concerned departments.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and assist in audits.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or diploma in storekeeping/logistics is a plus.
2-4 years of experience as a storekeeper or store executive, preferably in joinery, fit-out, or construction.
Familiarity with interior fit-out materials (wood, laminates, hardware, finishes, etc.).
Proficient in using inventory management systems or ERP software.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Ability to work independently and handle material movement efficiently.
