Job Title: Stores Executive - Manufacturing Industry (Cosmetics/Perfumes Preferred)

Umm ul Qawain, UAE

Experience Required:

2-3 years in inventory/storekeeping within manufacturing

Skills:

Inventory control, Tally, MS Excel, Stock Reporting

Salary:

AED 2500 + shared accommodation

Work Schedule:

12 hours/day (including 1-hour break), 6 days/week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Stores Executive

to manage day-to-day stock and inventory operations in a manufacturing setup. Ideal candidates should have previous experience in

cosmetics, perfume, or FMCG manufacturing

, with hands-on knowledge of

Tally

and

Microsoft Excel

for maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inward and outward movement of stock Maintain inventory registers and ensure accurate records Regularly update stock levels in

Tally

and

Excel

Coordinate with production and purchase departments for material flow Track raw materials, packaging, and finished goods Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports Follow proper storage procedures including labeling and shelf-life tracking

Candidate Requirements:

2-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing store operations Strong working knowledge of

Tally

and

Microsoft Excel

Experience in cosmetics, perfumes, or FMCG manufacturing is preferred Good communication and record-keeping skills Ability to handle physical stock and extended duty hours Organized, dependable, and process-driven

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
