Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Retail Management or Business Administration is a plus).
Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in retail, with experience in a supervisory role or team lead position.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Basic understanding of retail financial metrics, including sales targets, profit margins, and shrinkage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
