Job Summary: Looking for a Store Coordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Coordinate and monitor the overall store operations
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction
Welcome customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and efficiently
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are adequately stocked and properly displayed
Carry out regular stock checks and assist in inventory replenishment and ordering processes
Assist in training and onboarding new employees, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
Maintain a deep understanding of the store\'s products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Follow up with the suppliers for the pending orders and inform the same to the purchase in charge
Undertake other related tasks as may be required
