Stock Coordinator - Retail Operations
We are hiring a Stock Coordinator to manage merchandise flow and inventory accuracy for our retail operations in Dubai, UAE. This role ensures proper handling, storage, and tracking of products, working closely with store management to support day-to-day operations and stock availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and count incoming merchandise both physically and electronically to ensure stock accuracy
• Inspect product quality and report discrepancies or damaged goods to store management
• Store and organize merchandise in the stockroom according to established procedures
• Tag new stock and handle product returns per store protocols
• Replenish items on the sales floor as needed to maintain product availability
• Maintain awareness of store security procedures and prevent stock loss
• Support high housekeeping standards in the stock area
• Work extended hours during promotions, festivals, and stock take periods
• Record all inward and outward inventory transactions and maintain logs
• Identify missing or incorrect price tags and report immediately
• Assist in periodic stock audits and inventory counts

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in stock coordination, warehousing, or logistics preferred
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with inventory tracking or warehouse management systems
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting up to 10kgs
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process compliance
• Flexible to work extra hours during peak seasons
