QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIEINCE REQUIRED

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge:

- Basic knowledge of lubricants blending process.

- Good knowledge of Warehouse management, mass balance / transaction process in SAP (PP & SD module).

- Working knowledge on 5S & visual Techniques and Statistical data analysis.

- Reasonable knowledge on HSEQ management systems : ISO 9001 ,ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 50001.

\xc2\xb7 Skills:

- Perform as a Team Player

- Computer Literacy - MS Office, Outlook and SAP

- Good communication Skills and reasonably well-spoken in English Language.

- Interpersonal Skills.

\xc2\xb7 Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in similar position in an ERP background , working experience in SAP is preferred in lubricants production / logistics with an aptitude to adapt to the computerized stock transactions requirement.

\xc2\xb7 Education:

- Graduate in any discipline.

JOB ACTIVITIES

\xc2\xb7 Day to day entries in SAP on the receipts of packaging materials, additives & non blendables etc.,

\xc2\xb7 Day to day timely entries in SAP for the production orders & bulk dispatches ensuring accuracy and control.

\xc2\xb7 Day to day timely Purchase requisition through ARIBA /OPTIMA.

\xc2\xb7 Liaison with TEMMEZE / logistics in relation to any issues affecting entries in SAP.

\xc2\xb7 Be responsible for agreed time performances in relation to timely entries in SAP.

\xc2\xb7 Assist Line manager in the reconciliation of materials during inventory checks and tally.

\xc2\xb7 Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between physical inventory and SAP records and support to line manager on remedial actions.

\xc2\xb7 Stand in for Logistics Executive and be in control of the logistics processes.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Monthly reports like - Blending FEE report , stock dash board update and analysis report on variation in packaging items.

\xc2\xb7 Receipt and Inspection of packaging as per QHSE guidelines.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor stock of consumable items and co-ordinate with line manager and other functions for replenishment.

\xc2\xb7 Schedules work for special and periodic inventories of packaging items with Production team. Ensure physical counting efficiency and accuracy, analysis deviations and take action as team to reduce the loss amount.

\xc2\xb7 Team work with other department to improve pallet management, material receiving, material issuing and support finished goods transferring from filling to warehouse.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that Packaging items are stored correctly and safely, and storage space is used efficiently.

\xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate with purchasing, planning and logistics to ensure timely raw material receiving in SAP following standard process.

\xc2\xb7 Implementation of Continuous improvement Plan and adopt to new digital solution.

\xc2\xb7 Day to day handling reports on Digital tool like Leancure,LUBCEL, EMS , LUBCAT etc..

QHSE Objectives & Assignments :

\xc2\xb7 To understand and adherence to the current regulatory requirements applicable to the areas of responsibilities.

\xc2\xb7 To comply with TEMME Safe Work Permit program (as per the PTW roles and responsibility assignment: process owner/ permit applicant/ issuing authority and approval authority).

\xc2\xb7 Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE & Energy Policies and Manuals.

\xc2\xb7 Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.

\xc2\xb7 Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate\'s HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.

\xc2\xb7 To contribute, meet and improve upon the KPI & EnPI targets as set towards overall QHSE and Energy objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Selection and availability of applicable PPE\'s at all time and ensuring the strict use of PPE\'s in work area of responsibility.

\xc2\xb7 Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.

\xc2\xb7 Participate in the safety risk assessment, health risk assessment, planed general inspections, loss control tours and other kind of audits as per the TELBU QHSE requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Control of quality and safety in operations ,as he is the first in line and exposure to QHSE can be high due to unsafe acts on quality / safety concerned.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities.
