VACANCY - Senior Stock Controller Gulf Group Holding , a reputed diversified business group based in Ras Al Khaimah is looking to hire a -Senior Stock Controller. Experience of least 8++ years in leading / managing stock control function of any reputed construction company in UAE. Experience in a diversified business group with multiple industries will be an added advantage. Should have hands on knowledge of all aspects related to warehousing, supply chain and other stock control-related areas. Exposure to working in SAP environment will be an added advantage. • Supervise and monitor the stock and inventory of all group companies.
• Responsible for stock control in all company stores and warehouses.
• Oversee all stores and warehouse operations to ensure stock availability and stock control.
• Monitor and report expiry, leakage, wastage and pilferage.
• Manage all warehousing and stores staff across group companies.
• Oversee all stores and warehouse operations.
• Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out of stock (OOS).
• Statutory compliance at storage locations at all times.
• Develop and implement SOPs with respect to stock control best practices.
• Analyze the supply chain and storage data and submit reports.
• Coordinating stock control operations with all group companies' storekeepers, as well as the sales and finance departments.
• Performing regular inventory audits for all group of the companies.
• Keeping the stock purchase within budget for all group of the companies.
• Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items.
• Maintaining a steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed.
• Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products' quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions).
• Keep updated inventory records.

Requirements.

• SAP Knowledge must for this position
• 8 years experience in the Same field
• Bachelors Degree
• Good proficiency in English
