What you'll be doing:
Annual Stock Take Plan: Develop an annual stock take plan covering all business units (BUs) and territories.
Stakeholder Communication: Align and communicate the stock take plan with relevant stakeholders.
FFSC Compliance: Ensure compliance with FFSC (First-Fit-Still-Counts) guidelines before conducting stock counts.
Executing the Stock Take Plan: Ensure the stock take plan is executed as per aligned timeline without any exception
Supervisor Management: Oversee and manage a team of supervisors who are responsible for conducting stock takes and perpetual stock counts.
Inventory Accountability: Ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported as per the plan.
Accuracy and Completeness: Verify the accuracy and completeness of the stock count.
Issue Resolution: Support operations in addressing inventory accuracy-related issues.
Inventory Improvement Projects: Manage projects aimed at enhancing inventory accuracy and reducing shrinkage.
Root Cause Analysis: Analyze the root causes of shrinkage and resolve inventory-related issues.
LP Support: Assist in LP (Loss Prevention) investigations related to stock counts and shrinkage.
Monthly MIS Reporting: Prepare and share Monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports on inactive locations, Goods in Transit (GIT), and SED (Short/Excess/Damage) status, including FFSC compliance.
Store Closure Clearance: Manage systematical clearance activities during store closures.
Approval Process: Process approval notes and initiate timely sign-off.
