Position Overview
The Stock Associate - Lifestyle Retail Operations supports the smooth day-to-day functioning of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle stores in Dubai by ensuring accurate stock handling, timely replenishment, and an organized stockroom environment. This role is essential in maintaining product availability, supporting visual merchandising standards, and enabling seamless retail operations during regular trading and promotional periods.

Key Responsibilities
Support the setup and maintenance of shop floor, stockrooms, offices, and back-of-house areas to meet operational standards.
Receive stock deliveries from warehouses or other stores, checking quantities and condition against company guidelines.
Report discrepancies, damages, or manufacturing defects to the Store Manager promptly.
Assemble products according to brand instruction manuals and ensure all items meet quality standards.
Attach barcodes and labels to products in line with company and brand guidelines.
Conduct regular stockroom checks and report non-displayed stock to the Visual Merchandising and management teams.
Perform daily floor walks to replenish stock based on VM layouts and operational direction.
Support store activities including promotions, mid-season sales, and end-of-season sales.
Identify, label, and segregate damaged stock in designated areas as per company procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized stockroom environment at all times.
Ideal Profile
High School Certificate or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail stock handling, warehousing, or inventory support is an advantage.
Basic understanding of retail stock processes and accuracy requirements.
Physically fit and able to handle stock movement and replenishment tasks.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Attention to detail with a proactive approach to supporting store operations.
