The Role
Position Title: Stewarding Supervisor Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: Leading hospitality company with catering, restaurant and cloud kitchen operations in Abu Dhabi : . Oversees, coordinates, and inspects every activity in the facility ranging from the kitchen workers to those working outside the kitchen environment . Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk in fridge's, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors and holding area . Responsible for hygiene and sanitation regulations, ensuring that all equipment in the kitchens and dishwashing areas are clean and in good working order, being sure to report any deficiencies . Lead and supervise the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed . Responsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of all kitchen and dish room equipment
Requirements
Qualifications: . Male, 25 years old and above . Highschool diploma or relevant experience . Minimum 3 years of experience in the sole . Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include AM and PM shifts, weekends and holidays
