Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, drains, and work surfaces
Empty trash and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
Follow hotel hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
Operate dishwashing machines safely and correctly
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
Follow health, safety, and fire regulations
Use cleaning chemicals according to instructions and safety guidelines
Work cooperatively with kitchen and service staff
Follow hotel policies and grooming standards
