Key Responsibilities:
Stewards :
Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are sanitized and stored properly.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors, wipe down counters, and remove trash.
Restock clean dishes and utensils to appropriate kitchen and service stations.
Assist in basic food preparation under the supervision of kitchen staff.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
Follow proper food handling and sanitation standards at all times
Food Runner :
Ensure accuracy of food orders and presentation according to standards.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to coordinate service.
Assist servers by refilling water, clearing tables, and resetting dining areas.
Answer guest questions about dishes, ingredients, or dietary concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
Handle customer feedback and relay any issues to appropriate staff.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
