Support CDP to ensure the section is run to the specified service levels in accordance with jtg SOP's and standards.
Ensure all workstations and section areas are cleaned down as per jtg specifications to ensure adherence of all government and regulatory requirements in food safety, hygiene and equipment maintenance.
Follow internal HSSE programs especially regarding product and service levels, and general cleanliness to exceed jtg and governmental guidelines.
Handle all kitchen equipment with utmost care. Ensure at all time to use the right chemicals as prescribed by health and safety norms. Inform the Head Chef / Sous Chef of any breakages or potential shortages of crockery, glasses, and equipment.
Work closely and communicate effectively with other team members to promote good teamwork and efficient operations.
Good communication skills in English both verbal and written preferred.
Ideally experienced in a similar role for a minimum of a year
