United Arab Emirates What is it? STEM Aspire is a female mentorship program connecting university students to mentors within Dell Technologies. The program aims to encourage and empower enthusiastic students studying STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) based degrees to have rewarding careers in the technology sector. Potential areas include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networking, IT Management, or related fields. The program will run from February 2024 till May 2024, all events are mandatory for program completion. Benefits

Do I qualify?

You qualify if you are a UAE national female, currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a degree in STEM. How do I sign up? Apply to this posting by15th December 2023.

If you are successful, you will receive a link to complete a short video interview which will give you an opportunity to describe yourself, your interests, your academics and what motivates you to join this program. What is expected from me?

• Participation in all events and mentorship sessions (onsite and online) for the duration of the program.
• Participation hours that need to be dedicated to the program will be no more than 4 hours per month.

After your application, you will receive a separate communication with more details on the next steps and the structure of the mentoring program. If you are selected for the program, you will be expected to meet with your mentor (virtually) on a frequent basis.
