English Translation Xuzhou Tover Space Structure Co., Ltd., established in 1956, is one of the first enterprises in China engaged in architectural space structures. The company holds the highest industry qualifications issued by the Chinese government, including Grade A design qualification, Special Grade manufacturing qualification, and Grade I construction qualification. The company owns production workshops covering an area of 120,000 square meters and has experience in executing more than 10,000 projects. To develop the Middle East market, we are recruiting a Business Manager with the following details: Job Responsibilities: Responsible for regional market development, management, and maintenance; Collect directories of design institutes and general contractors in the assigned region; Responsible for collecting, registering, tracking, bidding, commercial negotiation, and contract signing of engineering project information, as well as translation of technical data and documents; Responsible for collection of project payments; Responsible for collecting regional government industrial policies, relevant technical standards, and regulations; Responsible for collecting information on local raw material supply markets, steel structure and curtain wall fabrication companies, including understanding product characteristics, pricing, and production capacity; Responsible for collecting and selecting local labor subcontractors, understanding local labor wage levels and employment regulations; Fully assist construction sites and support design, manufacturing, procurement, transportation, and other project stages to ensure smooth project execution; Fully responsible for task allocation, contract negotiation, performance assessment, and cost control of the managed team. Job Requirements: Preferably an Arab national with Chinese language ability and excellent English proficiency; Experience in foreign trade, familiar with all aspects of international trade, with strong international business communication and negotiation skills; Solid background in modern enterprise management; candidates familiar with the construction industry are preferred; Willing and able to be based long-term in Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries.
