We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer specialized in
steel structure warehouse projects
to handle design, estimation, authority approvals, and site coordination.Key Responsibilities
Design and analysis of steel warehouses (frames, trusses, purlins, bracing, foundations) Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates Review/approve shop drawings and fabrication details Submit drawings to authorities and handle comments/approvals Ensure compliance with Dubai codes and safety standards Support site execution and resolve structural issues when required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
Dubai Municipality Approved Structural Engineer -- Category G+4 (Structural)
Society of Engineers - UAE membership 5-8+ years of UAE/GCC experience (warehouses & steel structures) Strong knowledge: STAAD / ETABS / SAFE / Tekla / AutoCAD Experience preparing BOQs and estimationsPreferred
DM / DDA / Trakhees approvals experience Knowledge of
DMS 35:2020
and AISC / Eurocode standardsHow to Apply (Urgent)
