Position: Steel Structure Construction Site Engineer (DM Approved)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years

Requirements:
Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved for construction projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in steel structure construction and site engineering.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of steel structure erection, construction methods, and site coordination.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Familiar with safety, quality, and DM standards in construction.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Immediate joiners or short notice preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise steel structure erection and on-site construction activities.
Ensure work is executed according to DM-approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor safety, quality, and progress on site.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight issues to project management.
Assist in resolving technical and structural issues during construction.
Manage site material, manpower, and subcontractor activities.
