luxury 5-star hotel and mall project

, this project is being developed to UAE 5-star standards and is located in a secure zone near AMISOM headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise all steel reinforcement activities, including cutting, bending, placing, and tying rebar for foundations, columns, slabs, and beams.
? Interpret and execute structural drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS) with precision.
? Monitor work progress, ensure accuracy in rebar placement, and verify alignment with engineering specifications.
? Coordinate with site engineers and foremen to ensure timely material availability and smooth workflow.
? Lead a team of steel fixers, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
? Conduct quality checks before concrete pouring to confirm steel arrangement and positioning.
? Resolve on-site issues, provide hands-on guidance, and train junior steel fixers as needed.
? Maintain daily reports on manpower, progress, material usage, and any site issues.
? Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

? High-rise building construction experience is a must.
? Minimum

7 years

of experience as a

steel fixer supervisor

on high-rise or commercial construction projects.
? Deep knowledge of structural reinforcement works, BBS interpretation, and construction safety.
? Proven ability to lead and manage teams under tight schedules.
? Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
? Familiarity with quality control procedures and international building standards.
