Educational requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in management, Engineering, or related field preferred.


Experience :

Minimum Four years' experience required in related field.


Roles :

Key duties involve monitoring production and quality, training team members, and ensuring safety compliance.



Ensuring the team adheres to production schedules and deadlines



Training new team members and ensuring that all team members are competent in their roles

Maintaining accurate records of production data, including volume produced, materials used, and any deviations from standard processes.

Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and safety.
