will be responsible for supervising and executing all on-site structural steel erection activities. The role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure safety, quality, and productivity throughout project execution.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead
steel erection works
according to approved drawings and schedules.
Supervise
lifting, alignment, and bolting
of steel structures with precision.
Coordinate daily with fabrication, QC, and safety teams for seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with
project specifications, HSE, and quality standards
.
Monitor manpower, equipment utilization, and work progress.
Prepare and submit
daily reports
and site documentation.
Support project engineers in
technical reviews and on-site problem-solving
.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in
steel structure erection and fabrication projects
.
Knowledge of
lifting procedures, rigging plans, and structural alignment
.
Strong site management and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
