Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Statistician to transform raw data into meaningful insights that guide strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement statistical models, methodologies, and experiments. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights. Perform hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop KPIs and performance metrics. Prepare and present analytical reports to management and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of statistical data. Utilize statistical software and programming tools to streamline data analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field. Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Statistician or in a similar analytical role. Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, or Python). Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and data visualization. Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex findings clearly.

Preferred Skills

Experience with big data platforms and data warehousing. Familiarity with SQL and database management. Industry-specific experience (e.g., healthcare, finance, research, e-commerce).
