Responsibilities:

Designing statistical samples for all types of surveys and opinion polls conducted by the establishment, supervising their implementation across all stages, and verifying the accuracy of their results. Participating in setting strategic objectives and defining plans and programs for implementing statistical projects and surveys in the Emirate of Dubai, as well as contributing to various studies and analyses that support planning processes and the identification of best practices in different statistical fields. Proposing, developing, and reviewing policies, systems, regulations, and work procedures governing all statistical projects and surveys within the institution. Providing professional and technical expertise and consultations for conducting statistical projects and surveys, along with their associated indicators and future forecasts of statistical phenomena in the Emirate of Dubai, in accordance with the establishment general directions and the policies of the Government of Dubai. Reviewing statistical data and information analysis processes and ensuring the accuracy and objectivity of the statistical methods used, as well as recommending the adoption of advanced and modern techniques to produce more precise and objective results. Providing full oversight of the development of technical review rules field, office based, and electronic to ensure the accuracy and consistency of statistical data, in addition to establishing matching rules that support data validation and result generation. Reviewing the reports and final outputs of all projects, surveys, studies, and statistics, with full identification of all statistical formats and computational methods used. Providing technical and professional consultations on data review, validation, and preparation processes, in addition to reviewing classifications, coding manuals, and international standards and adapting them to align with local conditions and the institution's policies, ensuring consistency with survey and study objectives and in line with the establishment strategic direction. Training and qualifying personnel working in the field of statistical studies and surveys on the scientific and technical methods for collecting, analyzing, and deriving results from statistical data and information, as well as developing their capabilities in this field particularly in the design and implementation of statistical samples across all stages. Monitoring the latest developments and technical developments in the statistical field at the local, regional, and international levels, and providing technical insights that align with the most recent statistical and technological progress, as well as international guidelines and methodologies. *
