Job Title: Data Management and Governance Expert (Arabic Speaker)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Management and Governance Expert fluent in Arabic, with a strong background in implementing data governance frameworks within government or environmental sectors. The ideal candidate will hold a CDMP certification and bring deep expertise in DAMA and CDGP frameworks, driving data quality, compliance, and strategic use of data assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage data governance strategies aligned with DAMA and CDGP standards.
- Establish data ownership, stewardship, and classification models.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and external stakeholders to enforce data policies and standards.
- Oversee metadata management, data lineage, and master data management initiatives.
- Lead data audits, assessments, and improvement programs.
