For more information, visit Worley.com Assessment of Existing Assets: Lead comprehensive assessments of existing static equipment to assess remnant life, identify integrity issues, including corrosion, cracking, and other degradation mechanisms. Apply advanced NDE techniques and inspection methodologies to evaluate equipment condition. Remnant Life Mitigation: Develop and implement remnant life assessment strategies to extend the service life of aging static equipment. Provide expert recommendations for repair, replacement, or refurbishment based on assessment findings. Risk-Based Inspection (RBI): Conduct RBI assessments to prioritize inspection and maintenance activities, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency and safety. Ensure RBI strategies align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Client Consultation and Collaboration: Providing expert guidance on static equipment integrity management strategies and solutions. Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and best practices. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of assessments, remnant life evaluations, and RBI activities. Generate detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and proposed mitigation strategies. Project Oversight and Coordination: Provide technical oversight and coordination for integrity-related activities, ensuring seamless execution of projects. Participate in safety and design review meetings e.g. HAZOP, HAZID, 3D Model, along with Client and representatives of other engineering disciplines

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in static equipment integrity management, particularly in brown field projects within the oil and gas industry. Expertise in the design, fabrication, inspection, and maintenance of static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and piping systems. Profound knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API). Extensive experience with advanced NDE techniques and inspection methodologies for comprehensive condition assessments. Strong analytical skills to interpret inspection data, perform remnant life assessments, and develop RBI strategies. Excellent communication skills to lead technical discussions with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Thorough understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations pertaining to static equipment operations. Familiarity with integrity management systems and proficiency in RBI software. Professional certifications such as API 510, API 570, API 580, or equivalent are highly valued.
